Our team will consult with you on the best solution to meet your needs. Abba representatives can meet with you in your office or you are welcome to stop by ours.

Ordering & Configuring

Please contact an Abba representative to discuss your application requirements. Abba will use this information to generate a configuration quote that will be the basis of your e-procurement order. Once you have entered the order into the LANS e-procurement system and the order is approved, Abba will process the resulting Purchase Order.

Warranty Repair Work

SGI systems under warranty must be reported to the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at (800) 800-4744. They will need the serial number of the system to log a case and get the process started on your repair.

Abba is here to facilitate problem resolutions for you.  If you are not getting the service you need from SGI, please contact the Abba LANL Team so we can assist you.

Return Policy

• Items that have been received and opened cannot be returned for credit.
  
• A 10% restocking charge will apply to unopened items.
  
• For defective or inoperable components or systems, please follow instructions within the Warranty Information section.
  
• Prior to returning an item, please contact Abba regarding the reason for the return and to obtain return authorization
